By downloading, installing, or using Sweeper - by sinasamaki ("the Game", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.

Sweeper is a classic puzzle mobile game designed for players of all ages. The Game offers optional in-app purchases to unlock additional themes for a one-time fee.

3. No Account Required

The Game does not require account registration or login. All gameplay and purchases are handled directly through your device and the respective app stores.

4. In-App Purchases

Theme Purchases

  • The Game offers a one-time purchase of $4.99 USD to unlock full theme selection
  • Free users can slide a slider to pick themes at random
  • Premium users can select any theme they prefer
  • All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store using RevenueCat
  • Prices are set in your local currency and may include applicable taxes
  • All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law

Payment Processing

  • We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases
  • RevenueCat may collect non-personal data strictly necessary to verify and fulfill your purchase
  • We do not receive personally identifiable information from your transactions
  • For payment disputes, contact Apple App Store Support or Google Play Support directly

5. Game Rules and User Conduct

How to Play

  • Tap tiles to reveal them
  • Long press tiles to flag them as potential traps
  • Tap revealed number tiles when you've flagged the correct number of surrounding tiles to automatically reveal remaining adjacent tiles
  • The goal is to reveal all safe tiles without hitting traps

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Game for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or cheat in the Game
  • Distribute modified versions of the Game
  • Use automated tools or bots to play the Game
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction

6. Content and Intellectual Property

  • All content in the Game, including graphics, themes, sounds, and code, is owned by sinasamaki OÜ or its licensors
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Game
  • The Game does not allow user-generated content

7. Privacy and Data

The Game is designed with privacy in mind and does not collect personal information, analytics, or user data. We do not track your gameplay or device usage. Please review our Privacy Policy for complete details.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free gameplay

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, sinasamaki OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game

9. Termination

  • You may stop using the Game at any time by deleting it from your device
  • We may discontinue the Game or remove it from app stores at our discretion
  • Purchased themes remain accessible on your device unless the Game is deleted or your app store account is terminated

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia (where sinasamaki OÜ is incorporated) without regard to conflict of law principles.
